Scott Whitehouse has been a professional announcer/compere for almost 30 years and has probably worked in every environment, with every challenge and for every audience.
During almost a decade in radio Scott had the opportunity to interview celebrities, politicians and people from all walks of life. Having been involved in countless promotions for both clients and the media outlet, Scott understands what makes an event memorable.
Over a thirteen year period with Sea World Australia Scott performed to millions of guests each year. During this time Scott also trained many people in the art of live announcing and had the opportunity to create new shows from scripting, production, staging, music production, and collaborating with talented people such as Ignatius Jones.
Having personally been involved in Event Co-ordination and Production for sit down dinners for over 2000 people, Scott understands the complexities of making an event work.
Scott understands that compering is not about him, it is about the guests of the client. Ensuring the event runs smoothly, putting the audience at ease and making life simple for the organizers.
Change the running order, change the sponsor, change the guest speaker and Scott will make it appear that everything is running like clockwork.

In 2013 Scott became the “New Voice” of the Main Arena at the Royal Queensland Show (The EKKA) in Brisbane, and continued that role for the Night Entertainment in 2014.
